The Yakima RibCage (8001052) transforms your Jeep Wrangler JL 4dr hardtop into a high-capacity gear-carrying powerhouse. This robust track system, featuring an internal support structure that attaches to the roll cage for maximum lateral stability, allows you to confidently transport rooftop tents, recovery gear platforms, and more. With off-road rated load capacities of up to 330lbs dynamic (3 crossbars), 220lbs dynamic (2 crossbars), and 825lbs static, the RibCage is designed for serious adventure. The 48" HD track sections enable flexible crossbar spacing for 2 or 3 bar setups or LockNLoad platforms (sold separately). Freedom panels remain removable during use, and the system easily disconnects for complete hardtop removal. The minimal internal support footprint ensures no intrusion on passenger or cargo space. To complete your setup, choose between Yakima TrackTower or SkyLine Tower systems (sold separately). T-slot end caps facilitate easy hardware installation. Compatible exclusively with Jeep Wrangler JL 4dr hardtop models, the RibCage weighs 13.10 lbs and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
