I called to get the correct part number for my item, since it was a used rack and I had no information. The sales associate was knowledgeable, and freely gave me the info I needed. I ordered the part, within 2 hours they called me to makedouble check everything before shipping. I had my part within 2 days, and it was exactly what was needed. I found the item I wanted and it was clear in the pictures. I tried to order a silver bar, but they called a;d said it was out of stock. If I wanted a black bar the had 8t I; stock and would send it out the next day. Ber6 Lea’s at on the phone!

Great fast service

We had a little bit of miscommunication in the beginning but everything got resolved. They took great care of me and even expedited my rack so I could install it before my trip. Great service!
