The Thule OutWay Platform 2 bike rack is designed for quick and easy mounting thanks to simple interface and intuitive torque limiting tightening system. The OutWay Platform 2 bike rack has a sturdy, solid fit with its twin hook attachments and offers great vehicle protection rubber protection pads. The OutWay Platform 2 accommodates up to a 50'' wheelbase and up to a 3'' size tire. The OutWay Platform 2 uses adjustable bike arms to stabilize the bikes and easy to use AcuTight torque limiter knobs that click when optimal torque is reached. The OutWay Platform 2 has the ability to lock your bikes to the bike rack and the bike rack to your vehicle (locks included). The OutWay Platform bike arms fold down when not in use and rack folds flat for easy transport and convenient storage capabilities. The OutWay Platform bike rack design allows most trunks to open when the rack is mounted, but bikes must be removed from the bike rack. The OutWay Platform bike rack does not have a universal fit, so please check the Fit Guide to see if your vehicle is listed as a compatible fit.
