Thule 821xtr Locking Low Rider Fork Block bicycle mount is great for pick-up truck beds, van interiors, boats, trailers, or just about anywhere you need to store your bike. The 821xtr Low Rider Fork Block comes with a lockable skewer that helps protect your bike from theft. Mounting hardware is not included. Recommended mounting hardware: 1/4" or 6MM bolts or screws, fender washers and locking nuts.
