Description
The Küat Transfer v2 platform bike rack is a testament to robust design and modular versatility, built with the same durable steel construction as its predecessor. Offering an affordable solution without sacrificing features, the Transfer v2 boasts modular configurations for 2, 3, or 4-bike capacity, easily expanded with the separately sold 1-Bike Add-On. This rack is designed to handle a wide range of bikes, accommodating wheelbases up to 50 inches and tires as large as 5 inches with the Phat Bike Kit, and is also compatible with 18"-29" tires. Enhanced security features include semi-integrated cable locks and tamper-resistant hitch security, along with a robust hitch design for enhanced stability. The patented FlatLock™ Hitch Cam for 2" and ball cam for 1.25" hitches, coupled with automotive-grade hardware, ensure a secure and reliable connection. The dedicated 2" Transfer (2-Bike) v2 is RV compatible with chassis-mounted hitch receivers, while all other configurations are compatible with some Class B chassis, such as camper vans. With a 60 lbs per tray weight capacity on the 2" 2-Bike model and 40 lbs per tray for all other configurations, including 1.25," this rack is suitable for both bikes and electric bikes.
