Price matching discounts may not exceed 20% and price matching will only be accepted on available in-stock products. Exclusions do apply. Offers must be made to the general public and not through a specialized membership program. Prices must be current, in US Dollars and include taxes & shipping costs. We are unable to match prices from overseas vendors, from 3rd party or classified websites and unauthorized distributors. Price matching and sales are not retroactive. Prices are subject to change up or down without notice. Since this site is designed and maintained by friendly humans, typos may occasionally occur. If errors are brought to our attention, we will correct the errors immediately, contact you, and reflect the accurate information on your invoice.

We offer free ground shipping on most products and orders over $99. Exclusions do apply on oversized products and on brands such as a System One. Expedited shipping is offered at a paid price. Two-day and overnight shipping options may not be guaranteed to be delivered within 24-48 hours. Same day orders are typically shipped out by 3pm EST every business day. We do not ship on Sundays. An order placed on Friday after 3pm may not be shipped out until Monday.

We also check orders prior to shipping to ensure vehicle fit and will reach out via phone and email if we have questions about your order prior to shipping.

All online returns must be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number by a Rack Warehouse staff member prior to returning. Please email info@rackwarehouse.com with the return request. Online returns without a valid RA will be refused and will not be accepted by our receiving department. Returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item that is returned having been installed, used or altered, will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. In some instances, we may be able to provide the consumer with a discounted return label. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All returns are subject to a 6% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If outbound shipping was paid for by Rack Warehouse, the amount to be deducted will be provided at the same time the RA number is assigned. The purchaser is responsible for round trip shipping charges on all refused packages. Rack Warehouse will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
